By purchasing a ticket or participating in Afro Vista Experience – Nigeria Chapter, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. TICKET PURCHASE & PAYMENTS

• All ticket purchases, deposits, and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable except if the organiser cancel the events.
• Deposits secure your space and are deducted from the total package cost.
• Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline may result in loss of your booking without refund.
• Prices are subject to change until a deposit is paid.

2. PACKAGE INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

• All ticket types include access to core Afro Vista Experience events as outlined on the website.
• Premium or add-on activities, where indicated, are optional and subject to additional fees.
• Food and drinks are not included at certain activities including but not limited to nightclubs, lounges, private islands, excursions, and external venues, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. FLIGHTS & TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

• Flights are included only in the Wazobia and Ibile Experience package.
• Flight details, seating, baggage allowance, and airline policies are subject to airline terms and conditions.
• Afro Vista Experience is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, or changes made by airlines.

4. HOTELS & ACCOMMODATION

• Hotels used for the event are carefully selected and advertised based on availability at the time of booking.
• While every effort is made to ensure quality assurance, Afro Vista Experience cannot be held responsible for issues arising from hotels, including service levels, amenities, or operational matters beyond our control.
• Where shared accommodation is selected, single beds are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Guests may be required to share a double bed, but will have the option to select their shared partner.
• Special room requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability.

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE & PERSONAL SAFETY

• All guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, personal belongings, cancellations, and unforeseen circumstances.
• Afro Vista Experience is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, illness, or personal damages during the event.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal safety, conduct, and compliance with local laws and customs throughout the experience.

6. VISAS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Guests are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all visa, passport, vaccination, and entry requirements for travel to Nigeria.
• Afro Vista Experience will be providing support and guidance to ensure visa processing run smoothly.
• Refunds may be issued if a guest is unable to travel due to visa or entry issues subject to airline terms and conditions.

7. EVENT CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE

• Afro Vista Experience reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, or activities where necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• No refunds will be issued for changes caused by events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or security concerns.

8. BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, partners, and local communities.
• Afro Vista Experience reserves the right to remove any guest from the event without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

9. MEDIA & CONTENT

• By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Afro Vista Experience retains the right to use event media across digital and print platforms.

10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• Participation in Afro Vista Experience activities is at the guest’s own risk.
• Afro Vista Experience, its partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, damage, delays, or expenses incurred during the event.

11. LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Afro Vista Experience – Nigeria Chapter is an independently organised cultural and entertainment event. Afro Vista Experience is not a travel agency, airline, hotel operator, or tour operator, but acts solely as an event curator and experience facilitator.

All third-party services including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transport providers, venues, and activity operators are provided by independent suppliers and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Afro Vista Experience shall not be held liable for the actions, omissions, delays, cancellations, service failures, or disputes arising from third-party providers.

Participation in Afro Vista Experience events and activities is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk. Guests acknowledge that travel, nightlife, water-based activities, and cultural excursions carry inherent risks. Afro Vista Experience, its directors, partners, sponsors, and affiliates accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, damage, illness, or expenses incurred during or as a result of participation in the event.

All event details, schedules, venues, and inclusions are subject to change without prior notice where necessary for safety, operational, or logistical reasons. No refunds will be issued for changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.

By purchasing a ticket or participating in Afro Vista Experience – Nigeria Chapter, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy published on this website.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with Afro Vista Experience – Nigeria Chapter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in the event, ticket purchases, sponsorship agreements, or use of this website.
